Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, and the password hash held by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
• Business information you enter — business name, website, location, services, goals, budget ceilings, and the guardrails you set.
• Campaign data — the plans and ad copy generated for you, and the weekly results you record (spend, leads, booked customers).
• Files you upload — CSV imports and any photos you provide.
• Usage records — which AI actions you ran and when, so we can apply daily limits fairly and control cost.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and subscription status. We never receive your card number.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not enter, sensitive personal information about your customers — health details, financial account numbers, or government identifiers.

Why we use it

To run the service: understand your goal, produce a plan and creative, apply your usage limits, show your progress, bill your subscription, and support you when you write to us. We also use aggregate, non-identifying counts to understand what is working in the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

AI processing

To generate goals, plans, ad copy, images, voice, and video, we send the relevant parts of your business information to AI providers acting as our processors: Anthropic (text), fal.ai (images and video), and ElevenLabs (voice). We send only what the task needs.

These providers process the content to return a result to us and are bound by their agreements with us. We do not authorise them to use your business information to train their models. If you would like the current provider list in writing, email support@growthmission.ai.

Who else processes your data

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing
• Anthropic, fal.ai, ElevenLabs — AI generation, as described above

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply until you are told otherwise.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and business data while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your business and campaign data within 90 days, except records we must retain for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Backups age out on their own schedule.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Every record is scoped to your organisation and enforced at the database level, so one customer’s data is not reachable from another’s account. Generated files are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Email support@growthmission.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still contact us to confirm this.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

GrowthMission is a business tool and is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where your data is processed

Our providers process data in the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed there.

Changes

If we make a material change we will email you and update the effective date above before it takes effect.
