Terms of Service

1. What GrowthMission does

GrowthMission helps a business owner state a goal in plain language and turns it into a costed advertising plan, ready-to-paste ad copy, and optional AI-generated images and video. It also helps you record weekly results and tells you which ads are working.

What it does not do: we do not place, buy, or run ads for you. You post your own campaigns in the advertising platform’s own tools, using your own advertising account and your own payment method. We are not your agent and do not control your ad spend.

2. No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your capacity to serve customers, and the advertising platform’s own systems — most of which are outside our control. Feasibility estimates and forecasts in the service are ranges based on published benchmarks, not promises.

We do not guarantee any number of customers, leads, bookings, sales, impressions, or any return on your advertising spend. Nothing in the service is a promise of a specific result.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@growthmission.ai if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Subscription, billing, and automatic renewal

GrowthMission is a paid subscription billed at a flat recurring fee shown to you before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged then, until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, or by emailing support@growthmission.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we change the price, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

5. Refunds

If GrowthMission does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, email support@growthmission.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will refund that billing period. Beyond that, fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We do not refund money you spent on advertising platforms — that money never passes through us.

6. AI-generated content

Ad copy, images, and video produced in the service are generated by AI models. As between you and us, the output for your campaigns is yours to use for your business.

You are responsible, before you post anything, for:

• reading it and confirming every claim about your business is true;
• disclosing AI-generated media where the advertising platform requires it — for example, switching on Meta’s AI-content flag;
• ensuring the ad complies with that platform’s policies and with advertising law in your area, including rules for regulated industries.

AI output can be wrong. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular campaign. Similar output may be generated for other users.

7. Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

When you upload a photo you confirm that it is of your own product, work, or premises, that you have the right to use it in advertising, and that it is not a customer photo or a before-and-after results image used without permission. Do not upload anyone’s likeness without their consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GrowthMission to:

• create advertising that is deceptive, or that makes claims you cannot support;
• advertise anything illegal where you operate, or anything the advertising platform prohibits;
• impersonate another business or person, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, probe the service’s security, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

9. Usage limits

AI generation carries a real cost per request, so daily limits apply per account and across the service. These limits are shown to you when you hit one. They are there to keep the service available and affordable, not to withhold anything you have paid for.

10. Third-party platforms

GrowthMission is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, or any advertising platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their decisions about your ads and account are theirs alone.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you by email and you may cancel.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, wasted advertising spend, or indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms. You can export or request your data before closing your account — see the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and we each consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small-claims court.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email you and update the effective date above before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
